Raw Mushroom Salad

(Serve separately or as part of salad bar/antipasto)

½ pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt

In the serving bowl, toss mushrooms with lemon juice until slices are lightly moistened. The add the rest and toss. Chill before serving.
