Glenda’s Salad Dressing

Depending on how much you need, mix together in a container: A measured portion of salad oil. Add half as much measured Tarragon Vinegar. Add, to taste, an amount of Lowrey’s Original Season Salt, black pepper. Then add a good amount of minced green onion and finely cut up fresh basil. Stir. It should be thick with the basil and green onion. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to blend, then refrigerate until ready to serve the same day. Will keep overnight but not as good. Serve on green salad, chef salad, sliced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, or whatever.
